Onze ambitie liegt er niet om, wij willen het beste hypotheek platform met dito BPO dienstverlening creëren.

Om deze ambitie waar te maken, zijn wij volop in transitie. Zo heeft Quion zeer recentelijk de transitie gemaakt van een IT gedreven organisatie naar een product & platform gedreven organisatie. We hebben bijvoorbeeld product management en IT volledig geïntegreerd. De product & platform organisatie is daarbij verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces van visie vorming tot aan IT implementatie. Ook maken we de draai naar een product gerichte aanpak en is ons IT platform in transitie.

Je gaat onderdeel uitmaken van een dynamisch team met veel (internationale) ervaring en ambitie. Dit team gaat gezamenlijk vooruit, een professionele werkomgeving staat voorop.

Jouw werkomgeving

Quion is de grootste onafhankelijke third party servicer van Nederland voor hypotheken en consumptief krediet. Wij begeleiden met trots het beheer van hypotheken en consumptief krediet voor gerenommeerde nationale en internationale financiële organisaties met uiteenlopende signatuur. De afdeling waar je komt te werken is verantwoordelijk voor zowel Business als IT. Je rapporteert aan de Head of Product Strategy. Het uitwerken en het beheer van de product visie geeft jouw voldoende uitdaging in deze positie!

Wat ga je doen?

Als product consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van bestaande en nieuwe product en platform diensten conform de visie zoals bepaald door de Productmanager. Dit doe je door het vertalen van de visie en inkomende verzoeken naar high-level business requirements en de vastlegging in de platform & diensten catalogus. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, bijwerken en monitoren van business cases.

Kortom, als Product Consultant:

• Ben je de rechterhand van de Productmanager bij het opstellen en uitwerken van de strategische productvisie;
• Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële verantwoording van nieuwe initiatieven;
• Fungeer je als kennis en sparringpartner voor de productmanager en de business analist in de vertaling naar high level oplossingen.

To realize this ambition, we are in transition. Quion, for example, very recently made the transition from an IT-driven organization to a product & platform-driven organization. For example, we have fully integrated product management and IT. The product & platform organization is responsible for the entire process from vision creation to IT implementation. We are also turning to a product-oriented approach and our IT platform is in transition.

The department where you will be working is responsible for both Business and IT. You will report to the Head of Product Strategy. Developing and managing the product vision will give you plenty of challenge in this position!

What will you do?
As a product consultant you are responsible for working out existing and new product and platform services in accordance with the vision as determined by the Product Manager. You will do this by translating the vision and incoming requests into high-level business requirements and recording them in the platform & services catalog. In addition, you are responsible for preparing, updating and monitoring business cases.
In short, as a Product Consultant:
You are the right hand of the Product Manager in drafting and developing the strategic product vision;
You are responsible for the financial justification of new initiatives;
Act as a knowledge and sparring partner for the product manager and business analyst in the translation to high level solutions.

Wat heb je nodig voor deze functie?

Je kan in onderhandelingen met meerdere partijen de juiste skills inzetten om af te stemmen op de doelgroep. Je wisselt in een leidende en sturende rol en je bent gericht op de strategie van de klant. Je kent de markt van de klant en je verdiept je hierin waar nodig.

Daarnaast

• Heb je WO werk- en denkniveau;
• Ben je in bezit van diploma’s basiskennis hypotheken, WFT basis, WFT hypothecair krediet en WFT vermogen;
• PSPO certificering is een pré;
• Heb je kennis van geldende wet- en regelgeving m.b.t. financiële dienstverlening;
• Ben je in kennis van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal; 
• Ben je bekend met business case-systematiek en het maken van Impactanalyses.

Gezien de aard en vertrouwelijkheid van onze werkzaamheden is een integriteitonderzoek onderdeel van de selectieprocedure. Daarnaast maakt een assessment onderdeel uit van de procedure.

What do you need for this position?
You can use appropriate skills in negotiations with multiple parties to align with the target audience. You alternate between a leading and managing role and you are focused on the client's strategy. You know the client's market and delve into it where necessary.

In addition
You have a WO working and thinking level;
You are in possession of diplomas basic knowledge mortgages, WFT basic, WFT mortgage credit and WFT capital;
PSPO certification is an advantage;
You have knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding financial services;
You are familiar with business case systems and making impact analyses.
